We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number), information generated by your use of the Platform (affiliate link clicks, bookings, earnings), and payment information processed by our third-party payment processor Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform, process payments and payouts, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders), provide analytics to Businesses and Promoters, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share your information with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). When a booking is made through an affiliate link, the Business receives the customer's name, email, phone, and event details. Promoters receive anonymized click and conversion statistics only.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, and secure authentication tokens. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
GigLink uses essential cookies for authentication (session management) and functional cookies to track affiliate link referrals. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Platform functionality.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, email us at support@giglink.work. We will respond within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
GigLink is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
