By accessing or using GigLink (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. GigLink is operated by GigLink LLC, based in California.
GigLink is a marketplace connecting local event service businesses (“Businesses”) with affiliate promoters (“Promoters”) and customers. Promoters earn commission on bookings made through their unique affiliate links. Payments are processed through Stripe and held in escrow until services are confirmed complete.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. GigLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including service descriptions, pricing, availability, and service area. All listings are subject to review and approval by GigLink. GigLink reserves the right to remove or suspend listings at any time for any reason. Businesses must fulfill bookings made through the Platform or risk account suspension.
Promoters earn commissions as set by each Business on their listing. GigLink does not guarantee any level of earnings. Free accounts are limited to 1 active affiliate link. Commissions are paid out weekly via Stripe after successful event completion and confirmation code exchange. GigLink is not responsible for cancelled or disputed bookings.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Customer deposits are held in escrow until the Business provides the completion confirmation code to the customer. GigLink charges no platform fee on transactions. Business subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to all transactions.
Users may not: create false or misleading listings, manipulate affiliate link clicks artificially, harass other users, use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent Platform payments, or share account access with unauthorized parties.
GigLink is a marketplace platform and is not a party to transactions between Businesses and Customers. GigLink is not liable for the quality of services provided by Businesses, cancellations, disputes, or any damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to GigLink in the 3 months preceding any claim.
GigLink may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
